Manager not in uniform

I am acting as manager and I am never dressed in the team's uniform but in a coat and tie, how can I change this besides doing the editing myself.

Simply create the jpg of yourself and properly name it. Then drop it into the photos file. You should probably do a force reload of pix after just to be sure.
