Trade Settings & Age/Dev settings

Anyone have some good trade/development/aging settings & trade valuation settings?

Aging should be put to "older" or "much older" because there is currently an issue with players starting to age noticeably around 26-27.

However, keep an eye out for the changes listed in new builds because I'm sure Matt will correct this eventually. When it happens, you will probably want to set aging back to default.

This should be improved but not perfect in today's release.

It will be fully corrected in the first patch (We only got the correct adjustments in after we had to start today's build).

When is the first patch scheduled for? Wondering whether I should hold off starting a long-term save until then.

This probably depends on the feedback today.

If there are any really major issues that need to be fixed up, likely over the weekend (at least for a public beta).

If not, likely early next week.

Yes, as Lukas mentioned, we have noticed that aging is coming in a little hot at launch. You might want to turn your aging modifier down a little bit off the bat. Please do feel free to share what setting you like, we have some adjustments coming, as we try to hit the right marks.

I'd be curious to know what others are using for this. I want to begin my league later today, almost certain I'll still be in year 1 by the time a patch drops.

I know in years past many have increased dev and slowed aging anyway as more players reach the league sooner and play longer.

What about TCR?

What have others used for the trade settings? I know its a yearly debate what the valuations should be set to.

What exactly should we tune down slightly for the aging? I never really looked at these settings before and I see a bunch related to aging..

I usually do .880 for aging speed, 1.100 dev speed, aging target age older, TCR 50
