Help with Custom Data Path (to avoid OneDrive involvement)

Would someone be able to provide a step-by-step to show what files need to be moved to which folders in the custom data path I created in Settings?

My assumption is that upon a successful move, an OOTP folder will not be re-created in the Documents folder.
