Staff not linked to their former player profile

I noticed that a lot of staff in the standard MLB game who were former players, are not linked to their former player profile. For example, for some personnel like Craig Counsell, when you go to view their profile, you can click "View former player profile" and it is linked. But for a lot of guys like for example the marlins base coach Blake Lalli and manager Clayton McCullough, and a ton more coaches, the coach profile is not directly linked to the former player. Of course this is no big deal but one concern is if some of the former players automatically start becoming coaches, then that leaves us with lots of duplicate coaches in the game. I never noticed this in previous versions as it seemed they would be properly linked.

It seems to be the case for most personnel who are former players, besides the most well known guys. Blake Lalli, Darwin Barney, Mark Kotsay, Robinson Chirinos for example. Basically all guys who I check besides the top managers

I've noticed this to be the case for a long time. Once the game "gnerates" new coaches in the offseason, it tends to be linked. But if they're in the save, it feels more often than not, not linked to their playing career. I'll look through Majors/Minors and report back

Unlinked coaches/personnel to prior playing career by org (that I noticed/could find. Not definitive by any means. I'm only looking for MLB guys, btw. YMMV on whether minors/foreign leagues should be included

Diamondbacks: Joe Mather, Jeff Gardner, Doug Drabek, Termel Sledge, Gift Ngoepe, Adam Melhuse, Izzy Alcantara

A's/Athletics: Mark Kotsay(!), Mike Aldrete, Paul Abbott, Gregorio Petit, Javy Guerra, Dave Burba, Jim Gott

Braves: Tim Hyers, Tom Goodwin, Matt Tuiasosopo, Kanekoa Texeira, Horacio Ramirez, Bobby Moore, Carlos Mendez

This is just what I could find in a half hour. Anyone else wants to look, I will continue assisting.
