Swapping staff same minor league level?

Is this not possible on purpose, oversight, bug? I want to shuffle my rookie league managers between ACL and DSL, but I'm only able to move them up the system.

I am pretty sure it is WAD (working as designed) but not certain. It has always been that way, you can't laterally transfer a coach or demote them.

I find if I take one coach and assign him to another team the other coach switches places.

You mean in commissioner mode? I considered that but was worried they might just get released.

Huh. I have always used the pull-down menu and it only gives certain choices, so that's what I based my info on. I might have to give this a try, thanks BF.
