Filling Minor League Rosters
I'm going into my 3rd season with my save. When I started, being new to the game, I only created 2 levels of minor leagues. The game added 4 more after season one, which is good, But I only have players on 3 rosters. Is there any issues with signing a bunch of free agents to minor league contracts to fill these roster spots? Is there an effect to my team budget? I figure I could do this to help trade and build my minor league program, an assignment from my team owner.

Unless a minor league free agent is exceptionally good and demands a bonus, you can sign as many as you like with no financial hit against your team.
