Any way to edit stats or box scores? Re-sim games?

Hello all,
I've been wondering if there was an option if players could sim a game and if the score or stats weren't to their liking they could go in and edit the box score or change the final score. Or just replay the sim again. I hope there is because that would be so much better than having to save and reload quick starts to get the outcome I prefer.

You can re-sim a game. Back up before you start, then recover if you want to replay. No judgment from me, but why play/sim a game if you already know the outcome you want?
