Can I Create Rosters B4 Joining Tournament?

To clarify the title, what I'm wondering is if I can make my roserter before I sign up for a tournament. Say i want to join a Silver and below tournament. What I've been doing is joining and trying to scramble before it starts to make a lineup. Usually the AI does it for me. Then I export it to use later but it's not perfected.

So, can I make a lineup beforehand, where I have time to view the market and save my team(s)

Yes, look for ROSTER BUlLDER on the tourney tab.

you can also build you roster in the tourney & save it to the roster builder for quick entry.
