The @ sign

I've looked and can't find an answer to what the @ sign means in the Status Information column on the Organization page under Roster. I see this pop up occasionally. I don't see it a lot, so I always ignore it. Is this something I should be concerned about? Also, when a player's name is in all caps, I once knew what that meant, but have since forgotten. Thanks in advance.

The CAPS means they are on a shortlist.

If you hover over it it will say the shortlist he is on. Like the guy on this list, when I hover my mouse over the @ it tells me which shortlist he is on.
