create single player?

is it possible to create a single player, or add them based on their historical ID? there's a player in the korean league that I want to put back in the ML, but my start is pre-season, and you can't use the korean league when you start like that.

On the free agent screen top right actions, import historical player, historical database. Make sure you have the player id which can be found by going to the player's edit page
