Influence Mechanics vs Handle Development
Can’t seem to find anything specific about coaching traits on the Wiki…
Am I right to understand that “influencing mechanics” specifically influences the stuff set in the individual development tab for players that manager coaches, while handles development just affects the speed at which players he manages current ratings improve? |

Influences mechanics is also supposed to help a player with talent change randomness, I think.
