When in the schedule is the amateur draft list made?

Is it simultaneous with when the list is published?

The issue is it seems I cannot keep the minimum age requirement at 21 for MLB rosters without messing up the amateur draft. What happens is many teenaged players are locked out of the draft. Plus, sometimes they are signed as FAs but then mysteriously dropped (eg Ted Williams, Joe DiMaggio, etc).

Am thinking of fooling the game into including all amateurs in the draft while keeping < 21s in MiL.

This seems to require
- removing the minimum age restriction from the league
- having the game publish the amateur draft list
- adding the age restriction immediately after

These are all historical players so I could even publish the draft list in March, yes? That way, I could set the min-age limit before the season starts.

Yes, I could just make a copy and run a hypothetical season on the copy.

depends on settings.. you can have it 30days before 60days before think the increment is 5 days?

same area of settings that sets date for draft.

one of the age restriction settings for leagues requires min and max age or it won't work -- there is a note in the settings about that.. so if no note, no worry about that.

Right, so the list is generated (players enter the game) the moment the list is published.

Not sure what the bolded part means.
