Is there a setting to restrict trading of new players

I know you can't trade recently drafted players, but is there a way to make it so you can't trade recently drafted (or even recently acquired) players for say, three years?

I'd like to make a rule where a drafted player cannot be traded until three years (or more/less) after they've been drafted.

Perhaps this is something to suggest as an add to OOTP 27?

I don't believe these options exist. The recently drafted player thing looks to only offer the options of Immediate, Next Offseason, or 1 year. So yeah, feature request.
