Neutralized Recalc - Historical Positional Changes in OOTP26

Tried over in the Tech section, but will try for an answer here.

I recall in OOTP19 that when using Neutralized Recalc, there were issues with players having position changes like Pete Rose from 2B to Various OF Spots to 3B to 1B. Players, along with their defense, tended to get stuck on their Import Position & Ratings.

The position aspect is the one that stuck in my head more than the Ratings. Rose stuck at his import position, Tony Perez staying at 3B, Bobby Grich as a decent SS if imported in 1972, etc.

Has this been fixed with Neutralized in OOTP26?

I liked Neutralized for running guys like Ron Cey or Davey Lopes careers or even Garvey despite his obvious offensive hole of BB somewhere other than Dodgers Stadium. But not having players correctly change positions (like a full career of Carew at 2B or Yount at SS) just made it a No Go once you ran into it.

Anyway, wondering if that's been fixed.
