PT - Crash when clicking Filter

Game crashes out in PT when using Filter, click customize and the game crashes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled with no luck

While we try to fix this you can try this:
- go to the main menu
- open settings
- switch to troubleshooting
- click the button "Open folder containing file app.cfg and engine.cfg" (the Windows Explorer should open)
- click Ok
- close the game
- switch to the Windows Explorer window
- delete or rename the user.dat file
- reopen the game

I am having the same issue with filters. It crashes the game to desktop. Not just OOTP26, but every OOTP over the last few years at least. I tried your suggesting above and it seemingly erased my save files? I opened the game back up and its like starting over. None of my saved games are there to load anymore.
