A Trend of Awfulness All Their Own

So, I thought it be true, then went and confirmed it.

There is only ONE TEAM in MLB, ONE, that has lost at least 90 games in every season since the pandemic. One team, and only one team can make that claim of awfulness.

Do you know which team that is? (If anyone recognizes OldFatGuy's name here, that might be a hint as to which single team is this awful. Win a World Series title and then become one of, if not the, worst teams in baseball. I almost wish they hadn't won it now... almost.)

Sometimes it's hard being a baseball fan.

To be fair, they don't have the worst record in baseball during this 5 year span (2021-2025), they actually have the second worst record, despite being the only team that can say they've lost at least 90 games every year since the pandemic.

The team with the worst overall record during this span is... the Colorado Rockies. But even they had a season in there (2021) that they didn't lose 90 games.

Meh, the standard Mets Dark Age lasts 6 or 7 seasons

1962-1968
1977-1983
1991-1996
2009-2014

We deal with it every time. You'll be fine.
