Fatigue through the season

I have been reading/searching about cumulative season fatigue, especially when it comes to bullpens. It has been a hot topic IRL with teams using their bullpens a lot over the year and even with regular days off, their pens are burning out later in the season due to heavy use in the early months. I have not found any direct numbers to prove if it is a thing or not in OOTP, so I will ask everyone here if they have experienced this sort of behavior.

Definitely experienced it. 14 games between days off will do that. I try to juggle up and down the farm teams, and also if getting bombed early, will leave the starter in longer to save an arm. Also have 2 long arms in my bullpen to stretch it out

Teams used to be able to use a few guys for 70-80 games, and I do see it in the game. Mark Eichhorn in 1986 pitched 130+ innings all in relief.

I think, as a Red Sox fan, this is what Crochet is going through, as he has never pitched this many innings before. Also, Houck and Craford had both set career highs in IP. Houck was shut down in May, and Crawford all year.
I think for hitters, it might be tougher to tell, because they can be given days off to help. Just my 2cents, which is worth half of that,

If you ever watched Eichhorn pitch, you would see why. He could probably do 130+ innings in a game and be fine.

He never threw a pitch above 75mph all season, and most were in the low 60's. He could do things submarine with the ball that the game had never seen before.
