Perfect Draft 20 Players Instead of 26

This has happened to me 4 times. It first happened Perfect Draft PTCS daily diamond. I would draft my players round 1 to 13 with 13 minutes left on the clock and after I would finish I would have 20 out of 26 players. This is not the first time. Happened 3 other times round 1 - 13 with plenty of time on the clock and same thing happens 20/26 players.

Some of the Perfect Drafts are explicitly set up with 20 players total to draft. The descriptions will say that (other than the Halloween one), and every team will have the same restriction. Those drafts are usually set back in the deadball era where you don't need as much depth, but it's part of the strategy to find versatile players.
