What does the Strengths mean on Player Trade?

On the trading page the "Strengths" in the middle of the page, what does it mean? I see the positions, but what is S and what is P? Total organization of just MLB? Probably simple. Blue dot? Yellow dot? Red dot? Green Dot?

Is there a WIKI page for this?
Any help on this would be appreciated!

S = starters, P = prospects and blue is awesome, green is good, yellow is fine and red is weak.
