High schools/colleges

Hey guys, Ive been away from OOTP baseball for a couple years, and just finally bought OOTP26 a few days ago.

In the older games I know there was a notepad doc named schools and it was super easy to add new, or edit existing high schools and colleges.

I am unable to find such a file for OOTP26. Are we no longer allowed to edit such files, or am I just missing something? Any answers or help would be greatly appreciated.

I want to create a future draft prospect from my small home town, and the high school I graduated from, like create a hometown baseball hero. From small town Canada to the big leagues.

It's in the /database folder. Go to Settings on the Main Screen before loading a game, when the pop up opens, go to the Troubleshooting tab, Go to "open folder with customizable data", look for /database. It is likely showing as an HTML document but you are correct, notepad will open it, allow edits, and allow itself to be resaved as an HTML doc.
