Schedule Request

I have a mode a globe-spanning league of 128 teams and am looking for a custom schedule.

League:
2 sub-leagues, 8 divisions per league, 8 teams per division

Schedule:
I am hoping for a 152 game schedule. Beginning the first Monday on or after April 1st. All-Star Break from Thursday-Sunday at around the 100 game mark. If it can be made to end September 15th that is preferable (I have no problem with that meaning it is condensed or even has scheduled double-headers).

Four 2-game series against each divisional opponent (8x7=56)
Two 2-game series against 24 teams from 3 other divisions (4x24=96)

I want specific divisions to play against each other. For each sub-league I would like it to be divisions A, B, C, and, D in one grouping, and, E, F, G, and, H in the other grouping.

There is no rush on this schedule, as long as it takes is fine and will be worth it to me. If you have any questions for me or I've missed something important please let me know.
