Development Lab points not registering

I had this problem in ootp 26 *on a different computer* . I'm now using a new computer with ootp 27 and having the exact same issue.

My rating improvements in the development lab are not being allocated to the player most of the time. I get the emails telling me how much the improvement was for, then when I go into the player profile, the increase has not been added. I'm not sure, but I think that it might just be happening on pitching related things. Anyway it's happening most or all of the time.

If you have scouting turned on, you might not see the change until the next time things are re-scouted.
