Missing icon in upper left hand window in 5.12?
I just updated the game to the latest patch (5.12) and noticed the OOTP5 icon in the upper left hand corner is now missing. Is there a file that needs to be renamed/copied?

I upgraded Direct X to 9.0a and the problem went away.
