Trouble Installing OTOP

My friend bought and paid for OTOP and installed it on his computer. Since then he bought a new computer but can't install succesfully there. What does he need to do?

Steve is right. when you say "cant install it", do you mean it won't execute at all, or do you mean he can not license it, etc? Remember you can license up to 2 computers (running at the same time) with one ID, so if he already has it on more than one PC, make sure he removes one of them first.

My friend says:

I bought the game, then bought a new PC, I tried to burn the game and put it on the new one and it comes up telling me i need to buy the game, so i went to the .400 studios and tried to get it again (cause when I had the old one it let me download it a few times cause it recognizes the comp#) and it told me that i had to buy it, so im stuck without the program

sounds like your friend did not unlicense OOTP on the other computer. You can license the game twice (and I'd guess your friend had to reinstall at some point, so he used both licenses). If he gets in touch with Viatech and gives them his purchase info, they will clear the existing licenses and he can run the game on the new computer.
