Deleting Leagues, Bad Idea???

I recently deleted a few leagues in my ootp5 folder as they were created for experimental purposes. Now, I can no longer run ootp!!!

I get the illegal operation message with these details...

OOTP5 caused an invalid page fault in
module <unknown> at 0000:baa01ce0.

You either:

-Deleted the "career2003.lg"
OR
-The last "open" league.

Damn, yes I did. The last open league. What next? Reinstall?

Probably the easiest is to do that and just move the other leagues over.
