can't install license from CD
Hi,
Just recieved CD in mail. trying to install on my desktop, I have downloaded version on laptop. I key in order id that is on the CD, but it says its invalid order id, what to do? Bossman |

entered the id just like it is on cd, it should not b this difficult

Bossman, you may need to contact ViaTech directly:
http://www.elicense.com/usersupport/el_faq.htm They, and not SI, handle everything related to the licensing of the product. Unfortunately, other than suggestions like TC gave, there's nothing we can do to troubleshoot this. ![]() Hope this helps! Steve |

We have a new rule that states that Tech Support threads wherein we have not received a response within 7 days will be closed.
