Multiplied player
Ok so in my current Red Sox franchise one of the stars of my pitching staff is Hayden Penn. During the beginning of the free agent signing period I notice that he is now in the free agents list yet he was NOT in my upcoming free agents section at all that year so thus I did not offer him a contract extension.
Thinking this is some bug I say the hell with that, I'm not losing one of my stars because the game didn't put him in my potential free agents section of the front office. So I go into the editor and change him from a free agent to being on the Red Sox, set him a fair contract, and put him on my active roster. A few days later I see in the news that the Tigers have signed Hayden Penn. Yet he is still on my team, so there are now two Hayden Penns. How can I delete one of them, either mine or the Tiger's one, to make only one Hayden Penn? |

There is no way to delete a player? Or to fix this any other way?

you could use the editor and give one of them a CEI.

I logged the duplicate player issue as TT # 2349.
To delete a player, you must first be the commissioner. Then, open the player profile, and go to Action --> Delete Player. Thanks, Steve |

The duplicate player issue fix has been verified in the latest version of the game.
Thanks! Steve |
