Help me out
I am running a league with a 2006 roster set.
I just noticed this problem and I am hoping I wont have to restart my league. I made a few trades in season one and went back at the end of the season to see if i made good trades. Turns out the players I traded never left their new teams designated for assignment list. Now in the second season it looks like none of the teams have made any changes to their rosters. No free agent signings alot of the teams have like 17/25 active rosters. I do not have myself set to commissioner. Please help me get this sorted out. Peter

Do you have the don't allow computer AI to make roster changes checked in the league or world set-up page, or if each team page also has to not have AI roster moves.

The roster sets by third party creators are often sent out with computer teams being blocked from making any roster moves.
Go to the "Games" dropdown menu an select "Game Setup." Choose the "League Setup" tab and click on the "Other Functions" button. Select "Set all computer-controlled teams to allow AI roster changes" and you should be good to go.
