Another 'User Data File' Issue

Could there be something installed or activated on your work computer that might prevent you from playing games? Could there be a firewall active that prevents OOTP 2007 from verifying your eLicense information?

No, Firewall is disabled.

Anyway, here is the conclusion: My entire C:, although not part of the network, is part of the network. The possibility for sharing all folders exists within our network, therefor my C: is considered networked. It was that simple and no fault of anyone but myself (well, my IT guy). He kept telling me that as long as I didn't share my drive, it wasn't networked...but it is and that has to be the problem. I do not have any drives that are not networked...
