Own Database

Looked through the threads a bit, but there are so many with various versions of the game-
if my question is answered elsewhere, just direct me to that thread

it is
can i make my own database to use in the game. for example, if i wanted to have work through with players from an old minor league, or from high school or what not

i found lots on things like the many major league databases out there
how would one go about making their own personal database, what type of program would you use, and where to store it in the ootp folder on the desktop

I use a database to keep everything straight. You can use anything you are comfortable with though.
