The Jim Roland/Texas image is altered. That's from a Yankees 1972 scorecard - I think you can still make out some of the pinstriping.

I agree. When I began posting the Keebler images a few days ago, I noted that it appeared to me that the Rangers' insignia had been air-brushed onto the caps on some of the photos. Dale Murray was another example of the jersey showing pinstripes. That one was probably really a Mets uniform.

The John J_McDonald image in the Facepack and on McDonald's B-R.com page actually pictures Ed McDonald with the 1910 Toronto Maple Leafs. I'll replace that image with this one, which Dto7 found a couple of years ago.

Here is Snooks Dowd in a baseball uniform from the August 7, 1922 Springfield Republican. I don't know the identity of the uniform. The accompanying article indicates that he was with the Albany Senators at the time. It may be a photo from his stint with the Buffalo Bisons the previous year.

The first time I found the image was in February 1919, which pre-dates Buffalo. Dowd played semi-pro ball for the Fisk Red Tops in 1918 and the photo is likely from his stint there.

Another treasure trove at Topps Vault including Easler's brief stays with the Cardinals (1975-76, minors only) and Angels (1976).

This is probably half the entire extent of Topps' imagery of the Red Sox reliever of the '60s. For whatever reason - probably one of those rare exclusive contracts with Fleer Gum (like one signed by Jack Reed of the Yankees, and, more famously, the one signed by Maury Wills) - they made no cards of him until 1967, showing him in a 1966 image taken at the Red Sox spring camp in Winter Haven, Florida.

These, I think, date to 1962 or 1963.
