Philly collapses and will have to play the Cubs in the 163rd game to see if they get in.

In game 163, the Cubs knock Philly out of the playoff hunt.

Gotta be a disappointing offseason for Philly. September and October combined for a 12-19 run which dropped them out. A weak bullpen and shaky rotation after the 1 and 2 starters did not help the cause.
