Added Pictures not showing up as away team?

Hi All,

Used to play old versions and just started OOTP 18. I like to add my own pics of players - I use old baseball cards. I find the image I like online and then replace the existing picture in the photo folder - works great. The new pics show up everywhere except when I am the away tem during gameplay...? Anyone know how to fix this?

The other teams pictures that I have changed also do not show up when they are the away team during game plan. Home team they always show up. Anyone know how to fix this? Should I list this question in a different forum?
