NHL Sandbox start.

Im playing the NHL sandbox start. I have a few questions.
1. Am I able to expand to include the Vegas Golden Knights. It did not do it automatically as i was hoping.
2. Can i edit the cap as it also did not change as i hoped it would?

July 1st you can expand. Just go to League - Edit. You have to expand by 2 teams though.

You can expand, but you can't realign or edit the league structure.
