Player Abilities Not Showing Up
Just downloaded the new update (19.9.114) for my Windows 10 eStore version, and I think I found a pretty decently-sized bug. I have not been able to view player abilities for any one of my players. This goes for any and all screens, including Auction House, Roster Management, Ratings views, etc. Couple of screenshots are attached, and I hope this gets fixed quickly.
I've tried re-starting, and it hasn't fixed it.

Check your profile & settings tab in the PT home screen, there is a setting for the rating scale. I guess it got blank for you somehow. Simply set it back to 1-100.
