
Two-way player stamina: how does it work?
I've seen a lot of conflicting information about two-way player stamina. The consensus seems to be that you should rest them the day after they pitch, but does playing DH count as rest? What if he pinch hits or pinch runs? Also, whether you should rest them the day before they pitch is also unclear. Since there are two stamina ratings listed, this would imply that they don't need to rest at all, since they are at 100% stamina as a position player, but the little bit I've been able to find seems to suggest this isn't really true.
