File Corruption Issue

I've been running OOTP21 with no problem, including earlier today. However, when I tried to open the current game this afternoon, I got an error saying it couldn't be opened because it was created with an earlier version of the database (OOTP '19). This isn't true. I have had no other version of OOTP.

If after clicking on OK, I got a second error message stating that the database is corrupt or it is a saved game from a previous version.

I hadn't applied the patch that came out on 5/5, so I thought that maybe that was the cause. After installing the patch, I received the same error messages.
