I had seen your *** uniforms which are wonderful! I am quite interested in Japan's baseball history so the older Japanese stadiums are very enjoyable to make for me
![]() Actually I just finished another historical stadium and will be posting soon. |

Tokyo Stadium
Home to the Daimai Orions (eventually becoming Chiba Lotte Marines in present day). It was based in Arakawa, Tokyo, which is a rural area outside of downtown. During game time, the stadium lights up like a jewel and its size is such a big contrast to the surrounding areas that consist of only much smaller buildings. Thus, local folks gave it the nickname "Stadium of Light" When it opened, Tokyo Stadium is probably the most advanced sports venue in Japan. The team owner brought in a lot of concept from American stadiums (such as better viewing angle, seats are closer to the action, lower fence, wider seats, easier access to walkway/entrance...etc). However, the stadium was only used for a short period of time - 1962 to 1972. Business takes over and the team is sold and relocated. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Download Link: https://www.mediafire.com/file/9dvqy...adium.zip/file Dynamic Scoreboard version (for OOTP26 and beyond) Download link: https://www.mediafire.com/file/nqpvg...m_v26.zip/file ![]() Last edited by Flying_Canuck; 03-26-2025 at 11:11 AM. |

For a stadium that was used only from 1962-1972, this looks like a fairly modern facility. I'll have to give this one a try!

Pim Mulier Stadium
Located in Haarlem, Netherlands, Pim Mulier is one of the first baseball stadiums to appear in the country. Not only is it used for professional baseball league teams, but it's also the main facility of choice for the national team for a long time. Currently, Honkbal club DSS/Kinheim calls Pim Mulier home. One interesting aspect of this facility is that they set up tents outside of the seating area that serve as a VIP area? Or maybe those are the "corporate lounge ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Download link: https://www.mediafire.com/file/9tv3w...adium.zip/file Dynamic Scoreboard version (for OOTP26 and beyond) Download link: https://www.mediafire.com/file/2q66c...m_v26.zip/file ![]() Last edited by Flying_Canuck; 03-26-2025 at 11:09 AM. |

If you're up for taking requests, there's one ballpark that SilvaM didn't get to that still sees *** action (including this year's Japan Series) - Hotto Motto Field in Kobe. When it opened as Green Stadium, it was where Ichiro played. The Orix Buffaloes still play a few series out there every year to pay homage to their pre-merger identity as the Orix BlueWave. |

Osaka Stadium
As the name obviously indicated, this stadium is located in Osaka, Japan, and served as the home field for the Nankai Hawks, who later became today's powerhouse Fukuoka Softbank Hawks. This place existed for over 40 years (1950~1998) and means a lot to the old-timers in the region. The building is squished between a major street and a rail road, causing the left side to be pushed in. I think this makes it unique and adds to the personality of the stadium, whereas most other Japanese ballparks are pretty much all symmetrical. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Download link: https://www.mediafire.com/file/grt1r...adium.zip/file Dynamic scoreboard version (for OOTP26 and beyond) Download link: https://www.mediafire.com/file/a52lz...m_v26.zip/file ![]() Last edited by Flying_Canuck; 03-26-2025 at 11:06 AM. |

More great work for our collections! I'm not gonna say by ballark folder is a tad out of control, but I've got 62GB of stadium models stashed there...
Thank you all for the fine efforts you put out!!! They are greatly appreciated.

I've got 4TB of SSD's dangling off my MBP, or I'd not be able to do that. Mrs. Cobb is a VERY good sport about it, too...she's the one who bought them because they were on clearance at Wal-Fart last year. Seriously, who put's SSD's on clearance?

These are really great. You can see the progression in quality as you build them. Its very addictive once you learn some of the tricks in Sketchup
