Do full minor leagues work at all in Historical Simulations?

I created a new Historical Simulation in 1969 and there were only about 7 minor league players for each team.

x Import complete history up to 1969
Optimize for Single-Season Replay

no real historical transactions or lineups

x Triple A
x Double A
x Class A
x Short Season A
x Rookie League

unchecked Require full minor league rosters

kept standard defaults on the Historical Career Play page
kept standard defaults on Scouting and Facegen page

Play as GM and Manager
start year 1969

Select a team to managed
I selected the A's and I also previously selected the Cubs.

Only 7 minor league player exist for the A's
Only 6 for the Cubs

To have real minor leaguers you need to check the box right under import complete history to 1969. The one that says import real Negro Leagues and minors. Otherwise you only get players who played in MLB in 1969 so you will max out somewhere between 30-40 players per organization.

Thanks, I missed that, the wording should probably just say

"import real minor leagues" or "import full minor leagues"

Also why are the 1969 Cleveland Indians, listed as the Cleveland Guardians?

And OOTP needs to make that cosmetic changes to correct it from "minor leagues (1915+)" to "...(1914+)" as the Federal League is the first minor league (as defined by OOTP) to appear, and it appears IRL and in OOTP in 1914, not 1915.
