Unfit Player: How Long Does It Take To Recover?

I had 3 of my players come to NHL training camp in mid-september who were unfit. It's now November 1, and 2 of them still report to be unfit (one has been playing regularly and hit fitness rank is 100%). How long does it take for them to get back into shape?

It varies, but generally the status should clear after several months.
