I do not understand artifacts.

I have a few and the cards say “Available: 1 Redeemed:0”.

I see no way to redeem them, and don’t know if they “do” anything.

As this is a Perfect Team question, I'll handle this one.

The main use for Artifacts is to be able to upgrade Variant cards up levels. You do that by going to the "Variant Boosts" section in the Main dropdown, or click the "Variants and Artifacts" tab on the main Perfect Team homepage. That is where you redeem them.
