Well, it happened. As a former PC Tech I should've known better. I just spent all morning reinstalling Windows without being able to recover my templates. So, this is an FYI that I will be redoing them and it might be a day or three before I post anything.
Always expect the unexpected. It happen to me once in 90's lost everything on my PC. Now always back up things, since Now on my Mac, I always use iCloud to back my files and back up to a local physical external disk.

Dang sorry to hear that, but I think we can all be a little patient with the man with a million logo sets under his belt.

Depending on whether you have Steam or not and where you installed the game initially there are different locations for the files.

for your league
Z:\.....\OOTP Baseball 21\data\saved_games\yourleague.lg\jerseys
Z:\.....\OOTP Baseball 21\data\saved_games\yourleague.lg\ballcaps

OR for global use of uniforms

Z:\.....\OOTP Baseball 21\data\jerseys
Z:\.....\OOTP Baseball 21\data\ballcaps

otherwise check the My Docs folder as low suggested.
