Sticky drop down choices

I know we've talked already about sticky scroll bars (TT # 2982) so hopefully that issue will be addressed for ALL scroll bars everywhere in the game.

Related to that, I think some thought should be given to drop down choices. It's common to have to refer to multiple screens when making a decision, and frustrating to have to keep selecting the same options over and over.

For example, I'm on a player's card under "Batting Stats" viewing "Expanded Batting Stats". I click to "Fielding Stats" and then back to "Batting Stats". The page has reset to the default "Basic Batting Stats" rather than keeping the view "Expanded Batting Stats".

This doesn't happen universally though. For example, on "Roster", I select "View: Batting Stats 1", "Position: First Base", and "Split: Spring Training". I then click the "Front Office" tab. Without changing any data, I navigate back to "Roster" and see that the game has remembered "View: Batting Stats 1" and "Split: Spring Training" but has forgotten about "Position: First Base", reverting to "Position: All Players".

It remembers the Position, however, if I navigate between teams. I think the drop down shouldn't move unless I move it (with some exceptions, e.g. All Batters on the Lineup page, All Pitchers on the Pitching page).
