Crash when saving, now league is corrupt

Is there any way to save the league, or is it lost for good? When loading it after crash, it says "file corrupt or older version" when trying to load the database.

Well that was an easy fix. Restore the latest backup and you're golden.

Thanks for letting us know how you resolved this. I seem to remember this cropping up periodically.

Ya I'm glad that I've got a bit of paranoia and did backups often. If not I would have been screwed.
