How can I start a mixed-era league?

Hello,

I am new to OOTP, currently in my first league. I would like to start a solo league, which is set up similarly to the league I'm in -- using real historical players, but mixing all eras together (Babe Ruth and Bill Buckner can appear in the same rookie class).

I've read all the information I can find on starting a league and choosing a database, but I can't see where I would set it up to mishmash players of all eras.

The 1 DB thats was supposed to work for this doesnt work for 11 to my knowledge, havent heard that its been fixed.

You will need a random database for this... see this post on how to get one:
