Wild card oddity

Can anyone explain why the NL wild card standings have gone off the rails here?

It's based on winning percentage and Milwaukee has a worse percentage then Pittsburgh.

Looks like you have 3 wild cards.

Padres and Cubs are in the clear and the Pirates and Brewers are fighting it out for the 3rd and last one.

Did you not set up your playoffs with 3 wild cards?

There's a bug that if there's a tie in the first league wildcard, the second league wildcard accidentally calculated the same number of wildcards. So since there was a tie in the AL, it treated them as having 3 wildcards, the NL accidentally thought there were 3 wildcards.
