Sample Lineup Shows Pitcher From Other Team

This has happened in both standard games I've started with the Pirates (one as manager, one as GM, haven't started any others yet).

Adam Dian is a rookie league pitcher for the Texas Rangers...

It looks like it effects all the NL manager-capable staff I've looked at elsewhere in MLB - Adam Dian is batting 9th.

It doesn't effect AL managers (because of the DH, I assume), and unemployed managers leave the 9-hole blank.
