Colorado Eagles are missing in the AHL

I found another small bug

In custom game, Colorado Eagles are missing in the AHL. The Avalanche do not have a AHL Affiliate.

As a work around, I tried to add the Colorado Eagles to the AHL, but when i hit save, the game would not let me save the affiliation. After i hit save, the screen would refresh back to none as affiliate.

Weird, no idea why it's not including them, it should be copying the structure right out of the current database. We'll get that fixed.

Also Henderson Silver Knights city is San Antonio,TX and should be Henderson,NV.
