Activating 2nd license

I am trying to activate my second license for ootp 25 on my backup mac and each time it is giving me an error saying “this game could not be activated”. I’ve checked my license key and it’s still saying I have one available but the game doesn’t seem to be accepting it.
Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?
