MR to SP?

What is the easiest way to convert an MR to a Starter? When I put an MR in the rotation he tires fast and uses up my bullpen.

He really needs 3 or more good pitches. If he is young, you can stick in your rotation in the minors and hope he develops a third pitch.

Yeah I understand the 3rd pitch, but how can the endurance increase? I tried to start Jenson from Cleveland but his lack of endurance killed my bullpen.

That is the risk you take trying to stretch relievers out. Your best bet is to do that in the minors, or at least carry twelve pitchers.
